Course Description


In today’s digital economy, it is crucial for HR Practitioners to be able to use ****ytics to manage Human Resources. HR ****ytics is the ability to integrate business intelligence and people data to improve employee performance and achieve better ROI for the business results.


In this one day masterclass, participants will be taught the fundamentals of HR ****ytics, how to start developing the ****ytics function within HR, integrating HRIS with business systems, understanding data quality, and developing dashboards.
