SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage key accounts
• Act as the point of contact for clients
• Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
• Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
• Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
• Identify new potential customers
• Ensure budget and time requirements are met
• Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
• Establish best practices
• Monitor and report on sales performance ****ytics
• Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
• Making 'pitches' to win new business
Requirements:
• Candidate must be knowledgeable in Online Travel Agency (OTA), Channel Manager (CM), Property Management System (PMS) and online booking
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College from a reputable university.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in Sales & Marketing or related field in a 3-5 star Resort/Hotel or Tourism related organizations
• Last two (2) years of work experience should be in a managerial capacity
• With adequate exposure in tourism market place and maintains local connections and suppliers for banquet services, entertainment, etc.
• Excellent communication skills including a strong writing ability. Excellent administration and negotiation skills
• Preferably, with relevant working experience in the Hotel and IT industry, web and/or channel manager software company
