ACCOUNTANT (TAGUIG) NO SATURDAY WORK)

Job Title: Accountant
Division: Finance/Accounting

I. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. General Bookkeeping, invoices, vouchers and other related matters.
2. Preparation of monthly/yearly BIR & Admin reports and Withholding Taxes, VAT, ITR.
3. Preparation of monthly commission as scheduled.
4. Handle BIR matters, Tax Clearance, LOA’s and others.
5. Preparation of daily vouchers.
6. Preparation of creditable withholding tax for supplier.
7. Other responsibilities as assigned by the Accounting Head
8. Willing to be based in Taguig City.

II. Job Requirements:

• Between 21 to 40 years old
• Accounting graduate.
• With at least 1-2 years’ experience in Accounting (though Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
• Honest assertive, hardworking and with good communication skills.
• Can handle confidential matters.
• Can easily adjust to working environment and has good interpersonal skills.
• Analytic and with attention to detail.
• Can work under pressure and results-oriented.
• Research and data reduction skills
• Reasoning ability, mathematical ability, and logical thinking skills
• Understanding of the numbers and their interaction among departments
• Problem solving skills
• Proficient with MS Office and Accounting Software programs
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday only
