Tips before buying cheap LED bulbs:
1. Inquire or better yet count the number of LED chips inside the bulb. Most cheap LED bulbs have underrated ratings because of less LED chip inside. Open the cover and count the LED chip. If it is a 1W chip, the number of chips should be equal to the rating. A 3W LED bulb should have a 3 x 1W LED. If it is a 0.5W LED chip (common), it should have a 6 pcs LED chips. Some brand have a 9W marking, but it is actually only a 7W bulb. Or a 6W bulb, as a 7W bulb. Some seller will price them equal to their rating even it is underrated.
2. Most cheap LED bulbs emit bluish light. Causing eye strain.
3. Some cheap underrated LED bulb have a low current consumption compared to standard values because of less LED chip inside. Light emitted is dimmer.
4. Cheap LED bulbs that are made of plastic housing are not designed for long or extended use. They dont dissipate heat efficiently as compared to their aluminum housed counter part that serve as heat sink. Price of plastic housed LED bulb are much cheaper than aluminum housed bulbs.

Quality does not come cheap and quality has its price. Make your money worth.
