DESCRIPTION
The 10816-50 Canners Vacuum Gauge provides true vacuum readings of vacuum packaged cans of any size. The gauge needle is pushed through the cap while you read the gauge, the rubber collar forms a temporary seal to allow for measurement. 1” graduations in Hg are easy to read within the 2” diameter case. Stainless steel needle can be cleaned for multiple uses but is non-removable.
