Partial/Midway Coordination Package

This is an ideal service for couples that want to plan the wedding themselves, but require a helping hand finding the right suppliers. This is also ideal for couples who have already envisioned their wedding day but have very tight schedules and have limited time to meet with the suppliers and scout for materials they will need to achieve their desired wedding theme. Before the big day, well liaise with the venue & suppliers; finalizing timings & other details.

Our involvement commences from your signing of our contract or 3-5 months prior to your wedding date. Upon turn-over, we assume that a theme or general look has been established for your wedding day. It is expected that at least 5 of your major suppliers have already been pegged, details were already discussed and contracts finalized. As such our planners will only be responsible for recommending minor but dependable suppliers that best suit the couples needs and budget. As for the pre-booked major suppliers, we will be responsible for coordinating follow-up meetings with them.
