Then, it would focus more on the hiring process, the preparation of employment contracts, and related company policies. It will also cover the employment of contractual employees and other temporary workforce consistent with the requisites of D.O. No. 18-A (DOLE rules on contractualization). It will likewise touch on with the challenges of unionization in light of the R.A. No. 9481, which made it easier for workers to organize and form unions.
