OPERATION
1. Press the start button to start the machine while working
2. Slowly rotate the speed control knob to adjust to the required construction speed and enter the normal grinding state.
3. If you encounter and emergency, immediately press the red brake button and the machine will stop working immediately.
4. After the grinding is finished, unplug the power plug after the machine is stopped
5. When starting and stopping work, the operator must protect the machine and keep moving the machine at a constant speed. It must not be ground in place to avoid damage to grinding disc. The machine heats up sharply and the floor is severely burned.
6. Avoid protrusions on the ground,such as steel bars.


MAINTENANCE
1. For 2 hours of continuous work, you should take a break
2. After one working day, you should do cleaning and maintenance. Remove the mud and dust on the machine, especially the grinding disc. Use the air gun or water gun to flush the bottom. Do not flush the electrical parts with the high pressure water gun.
3. For 12 months of continuous or intermittent use, the gear oil must be replaced.
4. Always check the condition of the grinding disc and the grinding disc, and find that is damaged or worn out in time. When the grinding disc is replaced, it is better to replace all the grinding disc at the same time, so as not to affect the quality of the floor.
5. When the machine is not in use, it can be cleaned and stored in the room, and should not be stacked outdoors, so that motor of the grinder is kept away from dust and impact.
