What is the Manila Outlet Privilege Program
It is a new way of availing discounts by shopping at Manila Outlet. The program is consisting of Privilege Cards for our end-consumers and Platinum Cards for the re sellers or people who want to venture the business industry thru Manila Outlet.
Use the Privilege and Platinum Cards to avail loads of discounts from all of your Manila Outlet purchases.
1. Privilege Card worth Php 300.00
a. Valid for one year.
b. Get 10% discount with no minimum amount.
c. ID card as proof of membership.
2. Platinum Card worth Php 350.00
a. Valid for two years.
b. Get 15% (Items A) or 20% (Items B) discount for at least Php 7,500 worth of purchase.
c. ID card as proof of membership.
How to avail the discounts
When you call to make any purchases, give your name and card number to our sale advisor. This is to update your account and to receive the discounted bill.
How to apply
1. Complete your Privilege Card Application Form.
2. Send your 1x1 picture to [email protected] for ID processing purposes.
3. Pay for the card thru our BDO Bank account.
4. Claim your card at our office after 2 days.

Terms and Conditions
1. The terms and conditions apply to the whole Manila Outlet Privilege Program and any participation is considered acceptance.
2. The Privilege and Platinum Cards are issued by and remain the property of Manila Outlet, which may alter, amend or terminate the program or any of its conditions.
3. Members must declare correct personal details and inform Manila Outlet of any changes afterwards.
4. Members remain responsible for their Privilege and Platinum cards as well as any details related to their account.
5. Manila Outlet may withdraw or cancel Privilege accounts; decline issue to cards or discounts, and/or terminate a member from the program at any time due to the following reasons:
a. Any abuse of the Privilege Program
b. Any breach of the Privilege Program terms of conditions
c. Any behavior or action related to Privilege Program that involves theft, misconduct, or supplying false and misleading information.
6. The Privilege and Platinum Cards can only be used in Manila Outlet transactions.
7. The cards are non-transferable and strictly apply to Card Holders only. These items can neither be bought nor sold.
8. Members can opt to leave the program at any time. By leaving the program, Manila Outlet reserves the right to cancel their accounts.
9. All Privilege and Platinum Cards which are not used within six months will automatically be cancelled. Members will then need to buy new cards to be able to rejoin the program.
10. By providing details, participants give the authority to Manila Outlet to communicate with participants using the contact details they provided (cell phone number, email, Facebook account, etc.) for promotions that would qualify the members, and that would be beneficial to the members.
11. The Privilege/Platinum cards and our items are for pick up only or you can pay the shipping fee for the delivery.
12. Damaged or Lost Privilege Cards can be replaced on the following conditions:
- The member must fill up the Lost Card Form.
- A valid ID must be presented.
- A card replacement fee of P50 must be paid.

Confidentiality
Members’ records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than the Privilege Program, Item partners and, if legally required to do so, to the appropriate authorities. We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party, or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by the Privilege Program will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
