Job Description
We are looking to employ a goal-driven Account Representative to maintain and nurture relationships with new and existing clients. The Account Representative’s responsibilities include upselling additional products and services to existing clients, relaying client feedback to the web design and digital marketing department. You should also be able to answer clients’ questions and address their concerns and demonstrate innovative ways to ensure excellent customer service.
Job Description
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate with different departments to fulfill client requirements
Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients
Introduce new company products and services to existing clients
Resolve client complaints in a professional manner and report them to management as required
Developing and maintaining solid client relationships by regularly following up on clients.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
Superb interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly build rapport. Experience with web design and/or digital marketing projects is a plus.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
BS/BA degree or equivalent
Willing to work on holidays (but not weekends)
Night shift (AZ time), 11pm to 8am PH Time
