ITINERARY:
DAY 1: Fly to Tokyo via Cebu Pacific 5J-5056 MNL-NRT 1410-1930, upon arrival meet guide at Narita Airport , then transfer to hotel and check-in.
Hotel: Day Nice Hotel or similar class
DAY 2: Breakfast and Disneyland Tour (No Lunch and Dinner)
After breakfast proceed to whole-day Disneyland Tour (includes transfers, ticket and guide).
Hotel: Day Nice Hotel or similar class
DAY 3: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner and Tokyo Tours
After breakfast proceed to whole-day Tokyo tour (includes transfers, ticket and guide). Visit: Asakusa Temple, Sky Tree (photo stop), Ueno Park - see Ueno Toshogu Shrine and Shinobazu Pond, Tokyo Tower (photo stop), shopping at Ginza area (Duty free shop).
Hotel: Day Nice Hotel or similar class
DAY 4: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner and Tokyo / Mt. Fuji / Nagoya
After breakfast check-out and visit Mt. Fuji 5th Station, Shopping at Gotemba outlet (2.5 hour).

DAY 5: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner and Nagoya / Nara / Kyoto / Osaka Tour
After breakfast check-out and visit Nara Deer Park, Todaiji Temple (photo stop), Kyoto Arashimaya Bridge, Nijo-jo (photo stop). Then transfer to airport for flight back Manila.

1. Duly filled up tourist visa application form. (https://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/pdfs/application1.pdf).
2. 2pcs. Photos w/ white background (2x2).
3. Passport (at least six (6) months validity on the day of departure).
4. Copy of recent Income Tax Return (ITR) w/ receipt from BIR.
5. Marriage Contact (if traveling w/ spouse).
6. Original Employment Certificate w/ Approve Leave of Absence with photo copy of company ID (For Employee).
7. Original Personal Bank Certificate (For Employee).
* Birth Certificate & Marriage Certificate (issued w/in one (1) year)
