Learning Session Description

Assertiveness is simply the ability to stand up for yourself without stepping on anyone else’s toes. However, this is easier said than done because for most people, it’s much easier to speak and act without thinking and then regret it afterwards than being able to ask for what you want, say “no” to protect your time and resources and deliver messages that makes other uncomfortable but needs to be said.

Learn to increase self-esteem, self-confidence, and develop an assertive personality as it can help us build constructive and respectful working relationships. This workshop will help you understand the assertive mindset and highlight what assertiveness looks and sounds like.
