Job Description:
Work with customers to find out what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process
Perform outbound calls to new sales leads and convert them to actual sales
Take orders from customers and process any change orders
Meet and exceed monthly key performance standards, and deliver exceptional reliability and adherence to policy
Salary package:
P21,000 to P27,000 (depending on experience)
Sales commission (performance based)
HMO (health insurance)
Night differential pay and holiday pay
Company sponsored trainings
Requirement:
Filipino
Complete 2 years in college or graduate of associate degree or Senior High School graduates
Accumulated work experience of 2 years
Wth at least 6 months sales or retail experience (any industry)
Good English communications skills
Willing to be assigned in Cubao
