Job Description
****yze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for voice, internet or data installation and connection issues
Log and keep records of customer and user queries
Coordinate with field engineers to visit customers and users if the problem is more serious
Salary Package
Monthly fixed salary P17,000 to P19,000
Night differential pay
Performance incentives/commissions
HMO benefit after 3 months
Paid training (full salary)
Requirement
1. FILIPINO - 18 years and above (no age limit)
2. Bachelors degree graduate or undergraduate; OR, High school graduate with technical background
3. Amenable to work on shifting schedule. Willing to be assigned in Fairview, Quezon City.
4. Above average to good written and spoken English communication skills
5. Knowledge in troubleshooting with typing speed of 25-30wpm
