Job Description:
Prepare customer accounts statement and ageing report
Perform reconciliation with customers for any discrepancies and to close out any overdues
Investigate and compile documents required for any adjustments
Remind customers via phone call and email to settle their outstanding balances
Salary Package:
Monthly fixed salary (Min P14,500 Max P22,500 depending on experience)
Nigth differential pay
Regularization increase after 6 months
Paid trainings
HMO - health insurance
Requirement:
Filipino, 18 years old and above
At least 1st year undergraduate of any business course
Above average English communication skills
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Amenable to be assigned in Alabang
