How to Use:
1. Wash your face with warm water. Do not steam your face.
2. In a small non-metal bowl, add 2 tbsp bentonite clay.
3. Mix well with a wooden/plastic spoon then add water or Apple Cider Vinegar, while stirring, until you create a thick paste.
4. Apply 1/8 to 1/4 inch layer on your face with a brush or with your hands.
5. Take a break and let your clay mask sit for 5-10 minutes for delicate skin and 15-20minutes for normal skin.
6. Feel your face pulsate! You will feel a pulling and tightening sensation.
7. Remove clay by washing with warm water. Slight redness of the skin is normal and disappears in 30 minutes.

Note: Do not use a metal spoon/bowl as it will react with the clay.
