• Graduate of any medical allied course or at least 3 years in Nursing
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
• Good English communication skills

• Strong knowledge of clinical terminologies
• Willing to work fixed night shift (8pm to 5am / 9pm to 6am / 10pm to 7am) and Philippine holidays
• Weekends Off
• Salary package is 20k to 28k depending on experience (package includes 3k non-taxable allowance and 20% night differential)
• Role will conduct outbound calls to providers to obtain authorization of specific medical procedure or prescription drug and to check on patient’s eligibility, benefits and coverage
