The Company has recently signed a contract with one of the major oil marketing companies in PHILIPPINES to implement a dematerialised fleet card solution.
To achieve its objectives of delivering high-quality services to its new client in PHILIPPINES, Expand wishes to recruit suitable candidates (as contractors) to deliver Fuel Card Administration Services (Front Office Users).
Principal Responsibilities:
- Complete Management of Fuel Card platform
- Printing, encoding and issuing of smartcards
- Management of clients (creation of new clients, modification of any client parameters, hotlisting and removal from hotlist)
- Management of smart cards ( creation of new cards, modification of any card parameters, hotlisting and removal from hotlist)
- Software loading and hardware maintenance of Point of Sale terminals (POS)
- Report extraction and printing as per client requests
- Remote recharge of prepaid cards as per instructions received from client
- Maintenance of Fuel Card Platform infrastructure (POS, Card reader, printer etc…)
- Support in system deployment in new stations
- Training

Qualifications & experiences:
- Diploma/Degree in IT
- Knowledge in computer hardware and telecommunication
- English language spoken/written is mandatory
- Professional experience of 2 years would be an advantage
- Knowledge in MS Windows environment
Others:
- The position will be based in Manila
- Selected candidates will have to undergo a training (at the Company’s costs) in MAURITIUS
