The SGS Super Scanner Hand-Held Security Metal Detector sets the standard for hand-held metal detectors. Just press the ON switch and its advanced automatic circuitry takes over to detect all concealed metal weapons, including the smallest knives and guns. Since a search can be conducted without the need to physically touch the subject, there is no need to wait for to conduct a body search of either sex. The SGS Super Scanner provides both audible and silent vibrating alarm options.

It features a large 8-inch scan surface for quick, thorough scanning, battery check, and its digital microprocessor technology eliminates the need for periodic adjustment. It provides outstanding performance, stability, and extreme sensitivity in detecting the smallest objects.

Powered by one 9-volt battery (included) which provides up to 40 hours of continuous operation.

Three-color LED indication:
Green LED indicates ON;
Amber LED indicates LOW BATTERY;
Red LED indicates ALARM;
