-Responds to arriving calls and replies to customer’s inquiries
-Process customers’ requests and validates their account
-Deliver excellent display of customer service
-Sell products or services and place customer orders in the computer system
Requirements:
-Vocational graduates or college undergraduates are welcome to apply
-High School Grads are also welcome as long as they have at least 6 months Call Center experience
-Knowledgeable using computers
-Ready start immediately
-Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills
-Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately
-Must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City
-No experience necessary but a welcome advantage!
