Customer Service Representative who will use Mandarin and/or Cantonese language/s as primary medium in dealing with overseas customers.
Qualifications:
• Must have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, including correct usage of grammar and terminology in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Previous experience related to the position in a BPO setting is an advantage.
• Must be accurate, dependable and detail-oriented and attentive to values accuracy.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other relevant computer applications is a must
• Internet and computer savvy.
• Amenable to work on a shifting schedule.
• Willing to work in Imus, Cavite.
