Job Description:
? Answer calls and/or respond to customer’s emails
? Manage and resolve customer complaints
? Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
? Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
? Provide product and service information to customers
Qualifications:
• At least high school graduate or college undergraduate
• Know how to use a computer
• Can start as soon as possible
• Can communicate in English very well
• Preferred with at least 1 year airline ticketing work experience
• Willing to work in Makati City
