Job Description:
? Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
? Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
? Resolving service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint via phone, email, or social media
? Providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution
? Keeping records of customer transactions, comments and complaints
Salary:
Php 16000 to 25000
Qualifications:
? Must be at least College Graduate
? No experience necessary but an advantage!
? Must be able to speak in English
? Good communication and written skills
? Good problem – solving skills and focus on quality
? Computer literate
? Must be able to type at least 25 words per minute
? Must be flexible with working hours
? Willing to work in Taguig City
