The parking lot (12.5 sqm) is located at the 3rd floor of the Light Residences. Long-term rental (at least 1 year) is preferred.
Rental Fee: 7K PhP per month
1 month cash advanced payment and the rest via 11 post-dated checks
Note:
For security reasons, copies of the car OR, CR and the driver's license of the parking lot tenant are needed for the rental agreement and parking permit. Please note that we do not rent out the parking lot on a daily or weekly basis.
