Responsibilities
? Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
? Set clear team goals
? Delegate tasks and set deadlines
? Oversee day?to?day operation
? Monitor team performance and report on metrics
? Motivate team members
? Discover training needs and provide coaching
? Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
? Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
? Encourage creativity and risk?taking
? Suggest and organize team building activities
Requirements
? Excellent in English communication skills (verbal and written)  
? Finished at least 2 years in college or graduate of any 4 year course.  
? At least 1?2 years experience as Team Leader in a BPO company is a must.  
? Must have good decision making, organizational and problem solving skills as a routine part of
daily basis.  
? Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.  
? Strong interpersonal skills and experience demonstrating  
? Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
? In?depth knowledge of performance metrics
? Good computer skills, especially MS Excel
? Excellent communication and leadership skills
? Organizational and time?management skills
? Decision?making skills
? Willing to work in Imus, Cavite
? Willing to work on graveyard shift
? Full time positions available
