• 1 year related experience or training

The HR practitioner will also administer employee records and compensation and deal with personnel grievances and discipline. As recruitment specialist, he or she will have to very skilled in recruiting techniques involving engineers, architects, office employees, and most importantly, construction workers such as masons, laborers, tile installers, carpenters, painters, and steelmen.
