CANTEEN TAKEOVER

The name of the Canteen is Lloyd's Grill & Coffee Shop. We are looking for operator/operators to takeover this existing canteen complete with cooking facilities, freezer, 2 big refegirators, ice chest, tables and chairs, electric fans, 4 hp airconditioner, water supply and a toilet for the customers
A separate electricity meter is installed. The water supply cost is an ad-on to the rental of the canteen.
A room about 4 x 5 meters with a caution bed, cabinets and closet is available. Adjacent to it is a dinning room and a toilet & bath for the canteen operator.
The location is heavily populated with surrounding establishment such as FEU medical center / school of medicine in west fairview Quezon City, schools, business establishment and heavy flow of vehicles.
