Must be able to type at least 25 words per minute
Must know how to speak and write in English
Must be flexible with working hours
Computer Literate
Basic data entry and typing skills
Can handle stressful situation appropriately

Job Description:

Answering questions about the product or service
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Good communications skills
Respond to customer’s emails
Solve customer complaints
Provide product and service information to customers
Research required information using available resources
Process orders, forms, and application
Follow up customer calls where necessary
