CSRs- Telco account
- Jan. 29, Feb. 5 and Feb., 12 start dates

TSRs- Printers
- Feb. 5 and Feb 12 start dates

- Handles inbound customer service support calls from customers
- Cross sells value added services or products that are offered by the company
- Provides consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources
- Maintains productivity at defined proficiency levels in compliance with department policy and procedure
- Demonstrates initiative to continue learning new and relevant product and technical information as products evolve

Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age
Must possess basic web navigation skills
With Good English communication skills
Call center experience is not required but an advantage
A Filipino citizen or hold relevant residence status
Must be willing to start immediately
