Qualifications:

• Graduate / Undergraduate of any course, preferably in I.T.
• Required to have in depth experience in providing technical support
• Relevant technical experience is non-negotiable, IT / Tech experience is not limited to the BPO industry
• Average to good English communication skills
• No IT certifications needed
• Must actively use the outlook mobile app
• Email/chat support with minimal voice component
• Open to various shifts influenced by current business needs
• Can type 35 wpm
• Knowledgeable on operating system of phones and devices (at least basic knowledge / fundamentals)
• Knowledgeable of IE technologies (cookies, cache, IE options)
• High level knowledge of email (outlook, Hotmail, yahoo, gmail and AOL)
• Preferable with chat / email support experience


For Work at Home Agent:

• Desktop PC
• 8 GB Ram with 500 MB Hard Drive
• At least I5 Processor
• Windows 10 operating system
• Dedicated 5mbps bandwidth speed (not shared to other equipment or users)
• Requires Internet not be used for non work related purpose during working hours. This includes media streaming, gaming, or web usage by other members of household



Job Description:

• Providing help and answers to the customers’ technical issues through identification of the problem itself, research on answers and subsequent provision of guidance
• Guidance of the users to support them in becoming more productive
• Supports in the development of programs to train the customer on how to properly use the products
• Concession of the customer’s troubles by recommendation of products, services or procedures
• Evaluation of the systems’ problems to recommend enhancements
