Suggested Use
Basic Stock Directions: Dissolve 1 teaspoon Lobster Base in 8 oz boiling water. For each quart of stock needed, use 1 1/2 tablespoons Lobster Base.

For Lobster Bisque: In a soup pot combine 2 cups half & half or milk, 1 cup water, 1 cup white wine or sherry, 1 tablespoon Lobster Base, 3 tablespoon flour, 2 tablespoons tomato paste, and 1/4 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 cup of minced cooked lobster meat may be added if available. Bring to boil while stirring, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Makes about 4-8 servings.

Cooked lobster, salt, maltodextrin hydrolyzed soy protein, dried onion & garlic, potato flour, corn oil, xanthan gum, disodium inosinate and guanylate, soy lecithin, oleoresin or paprika, natural flavor.
