The seeds are cold-pressed in small batches in a state-of-the-art low-heat, light- and oxygen-free environment. The oil is carefully bottled in light-resistant amber glass with a nitrogen-flush to maintain optimum freshness, prevent oxidation and ensure maximum nutritional value.
