TAIWAN VISA REQUIREMENTS:
- Filled up visa application form online https://visawebapp.boca.gov.tw
- Two (2) passport size picture white background
- Original passport 6 months valid
- Birth certificate from NSO if (first time in Taiwan)
- Marriage certificate from NSO if (first time to Taiwan )
- Need to signature passport
- Supporting documents related to the purpose of visit such as:
* Touring itinerary, air ticket or booking
* Letter of permission to leave from the employer
* Employment Certificate
- Financial statement of the applicant such as:
* ITR
* Bank book/bank cert & bank statement
- Copy of SSS ID & contribution
- Traveling on business you must also submit:
* business letter or trading records from counterpart company in Taiwan:
* Invitation letter
* Official letter from concern authorities for official trip ( address to -
Taipe economic cultural office)
- Seminar program
- Certificate of employment or professional identification.
- Business registration certificate

OTHER FEES:
- VISA FEE P2,400.00 regular filing 4 to 5 working days
- RUSH FILING FEE P1,200.00 2 working days
- SERVICE FEE P1,700.00
- For electronic visa P499.00/ pax
