DFA Authenticated document (with LCR copy attached for NSO/PSA documents)
Copy of Passport of Document Owner
We provide authorization format to be sent thru e-mail

Please bring documents requested for authentication personally at the office or send thru LBC for pickup at LBC Liberty Horizon Building Branch, Pasay City (Branch Code: LBR01)

Payment can be sent via LBC, M'Lhuiilier, Cebuana, Western Union, Palawan Express, Moneygram, IRemit, Transfast , GCash, Paymaya, Smart Padala, TrueMoney, or thru our BDO, BPI or East West Bank Peso Savings accounts.
