FOOD CART ATTENDANT / SERVICE CREW

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
·Facilitate the opening and/or closing of the food cart in a timely manner according to store operations policies and mall guidelines
·Cook and prepare food properly according to the store’s daily operations manual
·Provide excellent service to all customers by preparing their orders correctly according to store procedures and guidelines
·Handle payment transactions appropriately, i.e., give correct change and ensure authenticity of bills
·Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the food cart at all times, including the general work area of the cart and the food cart station, along with its storage areas and equipment
·Observe proper food handling to avoid food contamination and spoilage, ensuring the welfare of our customers
·Ensure that cash sales are secured at all times, and carry out bank deposits as instructed
·Log daily, weekly and monthly sales and prepare reports as requested
·Maintain a daily record of all inventory at the end of business
·Carry out other job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
·Candidate must be at least a high school graduate, preferably female between 20-35 years old
·Responsible, hardworking, trustworthy and reliable, with a high level of motivation to work
·Possesses a pleasing personality, with good customer service and communication skills
·Demonstrates basic math skills
·Able to multi-task and work with other team members
·Willing to undergo training and be deemed physically fit to work
·Previous working experience in a food cart setting is an advantage
·Must understand basic cleanliness and food handling concepts (i.e., Clean As You Go (CLAYGO), First In First Out (FIFO), etc.)
·Must be willing to work during weekends and holidays, and in extended hours as required by mall management
·Preferably residing near the food cart location (Riverbanks Center, Marikina), i.e., Pasig/ Marikina/ Cainta/ Antipolo area
