**XiAn Half Day City Tour

Since the Terra Cotta Army Museum tour takes up an entire day, visitors who extend their stay in Xi’An for half a day can experience all the history of the city itself. As the region’s capital and doorway to the Silk Road, Xi’An was one of the richest, most well-protected cities in all of China. The renowned Shaanxi History Museum introduces the visitor to area’s rich culture, from Emperor Qin Shihuang to the present day in this walled city.
You’ll end your tour with a visit to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, a symbol of the city. Built in the Tang Dynasty, the square pyramid stands at 60 meters high and seven-story tall. If the time allows, we may have the chance to walk on the famous pedestrian street with the local snack food

As you travel around China, youll soon discover that each region has its own unique cuisine. Your evening experience in XiAn begins with a feast of local dumplings, nearly 20 varieties that are steamed and stuffed with a delicious assortment of vegetables, meats and seafood. But the banquet is only the prelude to another feast for the senses. Youll experience the local color and pageantry of the Tang Dynasty Show. The performance showcases the music, dance and colorful costumes that have graced the region for centuries. The dinner and entertainment lasts for two and half hours and will fill a memorable evening in the walled city.
