Junior Developer and Helpdesk Support ****yst
- (P20-30K) (Makati work location) (candidates for this post can come anytime between 9AM- 1PM)
• JavaScript and SQL proficiency is required
• Efficient in use of .net Frameworks an advantage
• Solutions orientation with demonstrated ability in IT ****ysis, problem solving and resolution skills
• A demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong technical background with the ability to write clean, easy to read code
• Microsoft SQL Database Knowledge
• Develop IT documentation to support operational processes as required
• Incident, problem and change management experience within predetermined KPI's

Qualifications:
• Relevant Tertiary Degree or industry related qualifications
• Developer Helpdesk experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in scoping and cost calculation with clients
• Experience working autonomously and within a team
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, MSSQL and CSS
• Excellent troubleshooting and ****ytical skills
• Strong communication skills including the ability to understand technical problems and to clearly explain solutions
• Strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude

- Inbound CSRs (Pasay work location) (earn up to P35K)
- UK Financial (Taguig work location) (P15K-22K)
- US Hotel Reservations (Taguig work location) (P14K-P18K)
- Dayshift Call Transfer account (Makati work location) (*at least 6mos intl voice cc exp required) (earn up to P23K)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 18 years old and a high school graduate
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A desire to succeed, positive outlook
- Willing to work on shifting schedules (mostly graveyard/night shift)
- Can start immediately
- At least average English communication skills (spontaneous and with neutral accent)
