Executive Assistant/ Admin Assistant
Makati work location

- Provides high level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports and handling information requests, performing clerical/secretarial functions.
- Call handling (screening calls, incoming and outgoing calls)
- Booking meeting schedules, travel schedules etc.
- Safekeep confidential files/ maintain organized files

Qualifications:
- Preferably 4 year course graduate of Business or any related course
- Fresh graduates and undergraduates are also welcome to apply (preferably with work experience)
- Hardworking and trustworthy
- Creative and innovative
- Can work under minimum supervision
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possesses planning and organizational skills
- Attentiveness/ keen to details
- Can relate to different levels of people in the organization and clients
- Computer literate (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and good typing skills
- Willing to work on flexible hours/ overtime
- Neat and professionally presentable
