1. Only guest names submitted to the Building Security and Building Administration offices are allowed to sleep inside the unit. If there are additional persons to be accommodated, please inform the host.
2. WiFi Username: Password: to be given by the host/ upon move In turnover of keys.
3. No smoking and no pets. Smoking is allowed in the balcony only.
4. We request that all furniture and appliances be used with reasonable care. All cutlery and utensils should be washed and kept clean after use. Garbage is placed inside refuse/recyclable bags and disposed of inside the trash chute daily. The trash/garbage is located near the elevators on the same floor.
5. Please do not bring out the flyers and DVDs found inside the unit.
6. Daily housekeeping/maid service is not included in the rental rate.
7. The guests will be responsible for their personal laundry. Laundromat (with free pick-up and delivery) is available at the Ground Floor
8. Guests will have to buy/bring their own toiletries (soap/shampoo/toothpaste/etc) and other consumables. A mini-stop convenience store is located at the Ground Floor Lobby.
9. Respect for nei***or is required. The host does not allow loud and rowdy parties inside the condo unit.
10. All utilities ( WiFi, telephone & cable TV) are included in the rental rate. Electricity/water is paid for by the guest/s per kilowatt-hour/cubic.m. of actual usage consumed based on meter readings. Meter reading will be done by the building admin. upon move-in/ move-out. A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED. AMOUNT IS DEPENDING ON THE LENGTH OF STAY WHICH IS PAYABLE UPON MOVE-IN, AND REFUNDABLE ONCE MOVE-OUT PROCEDURES IN DONE.
11. Guests agree not to access the “owner's closet", even if unlocked, which contains cleaning supplies and chemicals.
12. Any damages caused by the guests shall be deducted from the Security Deposit. The unit shall be returned in the same physical condition as it was upon check-in, preferably ready for the rental/occupancy by the next guests.
13. Swimming Pool and Gym operating hours: 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM only
14. For safety purposes kindly turn off all the electricity whenever you leave the room.
15. Throw your garbage at the garbage room every day
16. No Cooking of Smelly Foods.
17. The longer your stay, the LOWER the rent per day (Php22,080 only/monthly), The shorter the stay, the HIGHER the rent per day (weekly)
