ESTIMATED CONTRACT PACKAGE
1. Structural Design of Residential/Commercial/Warehouse units (concrete/steel structures) - Php5,000 (up to 150sqm); Php15-Php40 per sqm (above 150sqm) - contract amount negotiable
**package includes sign & sealed structural drawing plans (blue print); structural specifications
2. Structural Investigation (for existing structures) – Php45 to Php95 per sqm (minimum of Php15,000 per project for commercial/warehouse/office buildings)
3. Billboard design, ****ysis and certification (steel structures) - Php23,000 (up to 15 meters height)
4. Window Glass & Aluminum Framing ****ysis against wind loads (glass strength calculation; for building curtain wall & facade) -P5 - P15 per sqm of total facade/face area of structure; minimum contract amount P18,000.
