REQUIREMENTS ?

Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist (2 openings)


? Must be a college graduate of a 4-year course.
? College course must be marketing, psychology, business administration, or something related
? Must be able to type at least 30 wpm.
? Must be willing to work Mondays to Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. or a later morning shift such as 10:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m
? Must have basic knowledge of excel formulas and word processing.
? Must speak English at a level of 8 or above with no regional accent.

?Negotiable based on experience.


Character Markers
? Must have a pleasing and outgoing personality.
?Must look clean and professional in appearance.
? Must have no behavioral issue markers: i.e.; lack of commitment, lack of confidence, psychological instability, and history of insubordination.
? Preference is given to choleric/sanguine personalities.
? Preference is given to overachievers / highly competitive persons with a history of being able to focus.
