MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (BUSINESS DEV)

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Mass/Broad Communication, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology, or equivalent
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills required
• Must be detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Must be presentable, creative, and collaborative
• Must be assertive, and proactive
• Can work under minimal supervision
• Fresh graduates with good scholastic record from reputable schools are encouraged to apply
• For fresh graduates, relevant extra-curricular leadership is a plus (Organization or Government Student leadership)
• Experience in Business Development / Lead Generation is a big plus
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
• Willing to start immediately
• 1 Full-time position available

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Management Trainee (Marketing / Business Development) is responsible to:
• Generate leads via different source (online portals/websites, field work, phone calls, and etc.)
• Acquire new clients
• Set / provide meeting schedules with potential clients
• Present business proposals to potential clients
• Client Management

The Management Trainee will also be exposed to different Marketing facets that the company specializes in, such as:
• Planning and Ideation – thinks and formulates marketing strategies
• Evaluation and Monitoring of Project Executions – Conducts field visits and assesses effectiveness of project
• Operations Management – oversees day-to-day executions
