• You love structure and checklists! Everything in my businesses works on checklists and guidelines
• Positive, no excuse attitude

ABOUT ME, NEIL KINGHAM:
• I run a couple of businesses, and you'll be helping me with both
• I'm an online retailer, selling a variety of goods on Amazon and elsewhere
• I'm also a Chinese medicine practitioner and teacher based in the UK (www.neilkingham.com)
• I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way
• I am very loyal to my employees & treat them with respect
• I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money you should be rewarded for that)


ABOUT THE POSITION:
• Handling a wide range of customer service emails
• Handle Social Media Postings
• Doing online research
• Write Press Releases and other kinds of copy
• Creating and managing online ads (google, facebook etc)
• Using Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and Wordpress (training provided)
• And other varied admin support…
• Work 8 hours a day 5 days a week

TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED – experience not necessary so long as you have the right attitude and skill set. The majority of the jobs you’ll be doing will be systematized so it should be an enjoyable, low-stress position.


ABOUT COMPENSATION:

• We’ll start with a 30-day trial
• During the 30 day trial period I’ll pay on a weekly basis, after that pay will be monthly
• I pay bonuses for great work
• I pay an additional Christmas / New Year bonus
• I give pay increases based on performance
• Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
• Includes 7 days PAID holiday
