The condominium unit is located at Antel Suites Spa near Makati Avenue and beside Antel Best Western Hotel. The unit is individually owned (not owned by the hotel). It is fully furnished with the same quality standard furniture, fixture and equipment as that of hotel owned units. Restaurants/coffeeshop/spa can be found inside the hotel. Numerous restaurants, bars, 24 hour convenience stores, supermarkets, drug store, banks, money changer, salon/spa is also located just several steps outside the hotel.

-3 persons maximum allowed in the unit (3rd person on sharing)
-Standard hotel studio room size (25.35 sqm)
-Choice of 2 Single beds or 1 big bed (2 beds joined together)

-FREE use of Swimming pool (6th floor and Infinity pool at the 31st floor)
-FREE use of Gym
-FREE one set of bathroom amenities for 2 persons (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, tissue)
-FREE 2 bottles of mineral water, 4 other drinks
-FREE 2 sachets of instant coffee

Important Terms and conditions:

-Cash payment only (in Philippine currency)
-Electric and water usage or consumption shall be charged separately based on meter reading.
-Refundable Cash deposit is required (the cash deposit shall made to cover for electric/water bill, damages to the hotel condo unit)
-Early termination of the contract and/or shortened stay shall cause non-refund of the rental fee. Cash deposit shall be refunded less any damages and electric/water usage.
-All room amenities including bed sheets, blankets, towels, utensils, plates, etc. are for 2 persons only. Request for additional items shall be subject to availability and must be advised in advance (additional charges apply)
-As the hotel condo unit is not owned by the hotel, there shall no housekeeping services, room service, no luggage assistance and/or no other related hotel type of service.
-Request for additional Bed sheets, blankets, towels and similar items are additional charges
-Bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush) are only issued once
-FREE mineral water, instant coffee will also not be replenished
-There is no internet connection inside the unit. Internet in the hotel is subject to an additional charge by the hotel and subject to availability (direct payment shall be made to the hotel)
-Pets or any animals are not allowed
-Reservation fee equivalent to the full payment of total rental fee plus the cash deposit is required to confirm usage/blocking of the unit. Cancellation of the reservation of the unit shall cause forfeiture of the reservation fee/deposit
-Other terms and conditions are written in the contract

It is located very near A.Venue Mall and about one street away to Makati Avenue, Makati City. Beside it is a 24 hour convenience store and a bank. Several steps just outside the hotel is A.Venue Mall where SM Supermarket is located along with money changers, banks, restaurants, coffee shops, salon and spa, Bars, fast food (burgers and pizza) restaurant. Mercury Drug store is also nearby and just less than 5 minutes walk

-Two to three blocks/streets away is a catholic church.
-Another shopping mall is just 5 minutes walk to Century City Mall (just at the back of this condominium)
-Larger shopping malls are also within the vicinity such as Rockwell mall which is just a 15 minute walk from the hotel.
-A much larger shopping mall and arcade with specialty shops are in Greenbelt and Glorietta/Ayala Malls which is just an approximately 20 minute walk
