Outside the property is a transformer the owner paid the electric company to provide exclusively for the beach house costing 250,000 pesos. The entire house is well insulated with protective screen that help keep out bugs and insects. The house is fully furnished and everything is quality. Pretty well everything is included with the house. Not just the larger items but all the ornaments and small things. In the main lounge area you will notice the high impressive multi tiered ceilings. There is a formal dinning room with cupboards a loaded with extras that are also included with the house. The Kitchen is also well equipped. Lots of American appliances and utensils.


There is another area where you can entertain or just chill out. This is a secure yet open area providing plenty of light and fresh air along with a great view of the ocean. Like the rest of the house fly screen keep out bugs and insects. The laundry area features a large freezer along with American built washer and dryer.

A large semi spiral stair case takes you upstairs. Note the large air conditioning unit that along with the other units in the house can really cool down the entire house. The reality is that most of the time you really don’t need it. It seldom gets too hot and there is usually a sea breeze that keeps temperatures comfortable so that little more than a fan is required.

Upstairs there is yet another entertainment area with a billiard table and powerful sounds system which is one of a number (maybe insert the number) found in the house. The front balcony is a favorite for evenings. The main guest bedroom is as nice as many master bedrooms and has its own air-conditioning, sound system and windows on three sides including an ocean view.

There are thee bathrooms. One down stairs and two upstairs. This is the guest bathroom which features high pressure hot water to both the vanity and shower. Something most of us take for granted but is actually not the norm in the Philippines even in very up market homes. This is another bedroom which has been converted into a small work room. There is another storage room with cupboards full of stuff included with the house. These small rooms are usually built for a house maid and could easily be used for that purpose.

Along the side of the house are a number of balconies which have been joined. Another place to site and enjoy the spectacular views of the Catmon beach house. The master bedroom has windows on three sides and balconies on two sides, and of course that amazing view of the ocean! There is a large walk in robes with heaps of storage, a safe, and an on-suite which again features high pressure hot water to both vanity and shower.
