· Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree
· Master’s and Doctorate Degree is an advantage
· Is preferably a graduate of UP (University of the Philippines), DLSU (De La Salle University), UST (University of Santo Thomas) and AdMU (Ateneo de Manila University)
· Can teach with competency any of the following:
o Language Proficiency (English & Filipino)
o Reading Comprehension (English & Filipino)
o Earth Science & Biology
o Chemistry
o Physics
o Mathematics (all areas)
· Must be fluent in BOTH English & Filipino
· Has pleasing personality that can establish good rapport with teenaged students
· Should be willing to learn and adjust to the methodology used by the center
