EVENT OPERATIONS MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Mass Communications/Broad Comm, Marketing or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills required.
• Must be creative thinker, and a team player.
• Has knowledge in troubleshooting difficulty during event proper.
• Has good decision making skills, and can think fast.
• Willing to do field work / be assigned to different business areas.
• Not more than 30 years old.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
• CAN START ASAP
• 2 Full-Time position(s) available.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Event Operations Manager (EOM) is responsible for smooth & continuous execution of projects for all business areas nationwide. The EOM’s responsibilities include evaluation of project executions, operations management, performance management, and client management.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Evaluation and monitoring of project executions
- Conducts field visits to check on various executions’ effectiveness and adherence to formulated strategies.
- Creates status reports on execution milestones.
• Supplier management
- Sources possible suppliers for various operations needs
• Operations management
- Oversees the day-to-day execution of nationwide campaigns
- Assesses the grassroots effectiveness of project executions and provides recommendations to achieve operational excellence
- Manages scheduling, deployment, status updates and overall logistics for project executions
• Client management
- Creates and submits necessary reports to external/internal clients as needed
