Nutrition FactsServing Size 1½ Teaspoons (2 grams)Servings Per Container 50Ingredients: Certified organic dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) (root).Suggested use: For hot tea, place 1½ teaspoons (2 grams) of tea in a tea ball or other diffuser. Place diffuser in a cup and add water just under the boiling point. Steep for five minutes. Strain and allow to cool. Drink slightly warm or at room temperature. For larger amount, add 1½ teaspoons (2 grams) of tea for each cup of water (200 ml) in your favorite teapot and brew for five minutes. Drink two to three cups per day.To open, carefully cut along top of bag.
