ACCOUNTING BUSINESS START-UP AND TAX COMPLIANCE TUTORIAL CONSULTATION

I saw the need to inform businessmen/women and help them learn the importance of accounting set up from day one(1) of putting up the business, like business registration from DTI, SEC, Barangay, Local City Government permits and licensing, BIR and securing of OR/invoices. Most importantly, is the mandatory compliance with the same agencies where you registered. To avoid unnecessary penalties with these agencies, I wish to orient businessmen what needs to be reported to SEC and BIR. Having the certificate of registration is not enough,
theres more to it.
Thats what I would like to impart to all businessmen, still planning, new or those already in business but somehow overlooked these compliance requirements.
