Heres a great alternative to your plain black shoes. Nubucks with supple suede. The goodyear welt makes the shoe very durable AND comfortable, allows the entire sole to be replaced by a cobbler, which means you can wear it for many many years.
This pair was barely worn, and only used indoors for short periods, hence the like new condition.
